Hello Beautiful people! So today our monger Vaidehi attended this fashion exibition "August Moodboard" done by a Home decor store in Mahalaxmi named, Tranceforme Designs. The reason for putting up this post so quickly is that she doesn't want you all to miss the amazing collection at August Moodboard by some of the most amazing Fashion Designers and one of the most amazing collection of the season. Let's see how the event went and who all were spoted with their beautiful collections.

The August Moodboard is a fashion exbition done every year with various amazing Fashion Designers and Curators by Tranceforme Designs. It is really amusing and beautiful to see a home decor store doing a fashion exibition and celebrating the Natural and traditional fabrics and techniques and yet being contenporary and trendy.

Tranceforme is the curation of this inspiring lady Purvi Parikh and the exibition is done in association with another amazing woman Jyoti Gwalani.

The designers present at the event were,

Kamaldeep Kaur of Neelgar.

One word to describe this woman can be inspiration. Her main interest is dyeing and printing and she has been doing it for almost 25 years now and her designs are pure art done by using techniques of Natural dyeing, Bandani, Block printing and leheriya. She has a great collection of naturally and ecofriendly dyed shawls and scarfs and also has the most ancient or almost extinct block printed designs. She not only has traditional colours but also experiements with subtle and elegant colours.

Abraham and Thakore.

Vaishali S.

One of the best conceptual designers, she creates a story out of each desgin and each apparel. Her clothes have the essence of nature and soul. This designer couple confessed there love for Linen fabric and you can see layering of colours in there collection. They also use different types of silk in there designs and the colours are subtle and bright and self fullfilling. She was the most sweetest lady I met at the exibition. She loves to innovate with tradtional natural fibres like a beautiful dress out of a dhoti fabric or the careful and detailed used of Jamdani can be seen in her collection. Pattachitra is used very artistically and elegantly in her garments. She is the curator of beautiful, breathable and affortable apparels.
